
Weight / Goal Tracking Chart
This little chart I designed is a great way to track your weight day to day--and even day to night! The axes are labeled "weight" and "date." To help you remember which colour you use for what area of the chart, there is a handy key that you can fill out. (I, for example, write the a.m. weight in green and the p.m. weight in light blue. Goals are in black, and calories written in purple ballpoint pen.) Just put a dot at your weight at a specific point of day, and put other dots for goals you want to meet. Having the dates written at the bottom of the chart are a great way to keep track of your goals and deadlines!There are enough weight lines to track 30 lbs, and there are enough date lines to last for a month (31 days or less). Print one out on the first of every month and you're good to go.
It's very nifty to keep in your wallet or pocket as a reminder.
